Saghar is a graduate of Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto, where she earned her bachelor’s degree with a specialization in finance and a minor in economics. Erik is a member of the investments team where he conducts underwriting analysis and due diligence for prospective investments, as well as performing asset management related tasks for properties in our current portfolio. Prior to joining Pier 4, Erik completed an internship in his second-year summer at a Toronto-based family office. Erik currently holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.

Mary-Ann Sanguyo is a skilled accounting professional at Pier 4 Residential Ltd., where she expertly manages the full accounting cycle, including bank reconciliations, vendor invoice processing, and rent collection. At Pier 4, Wali Rezazada is responsible for providing property accounting services to 11 properties across Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. His role is vital in ensuring accurate financial management and reporting for the company’s diverse real estate portfolio. Before joining Pier 4, he gained valuable experience as a bookkeeper, managing financial records for a fitness organization. Wali graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto, earning an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, which has equipped him with a strong foundation in analytical and financial principles essential to his work at Pier 4.

At Pier 4, Sachin Nair is responsible for property accounting services for 10 properties across Ontario and New Brunswick.
